For years, I walked my dogs at unsociable hours.
I avoided the parks, the looks, the judgments.
People saw aggression, but what they didn’t see was the fear and frustrations underneath it.
Or the handler beside them doing everything they could to hold it together.

I created Reactive Rhythms because reactive dog owners are
some of the strongest, most misunderstood people I know.

We walk in shadows.
But we walk with them anyway.
