Some dogs may start with driveway only sessions until ready to move forwards. Please note this is behavioural rehabilitation which can take time to implement. Once reliable, the dogs will be progressed to the levels within each program stage

Tailored to Your Dog’s Needs
Reactive Reset Walks is a very specialist services — not one-size-fits-all, dog walks.
Your dog will be assessed and placed into one of three tiers based on their current behaviour, risk level, and prior training history, during your assessment session.
Basic Reset
For dogs who have already completed training with me and just need structured, ongoing walks to maintain progress
Intermediate Reset
For dogs with some foundation work (e.g., muzzle trained, starting to self-regulate) but still need professional handling to build reliability
Advanced Reset
For dogs with no foundation skills, high risk, or extreme reactivity — including those who are difficult to walk, manage, or approach

These walks are not open to every dog and suitability is assessed first before committing to their progress.

👉 Step 2: I’ll come to your home, review your dogs behaviour and run the assessment, with you present. I will then get back to you with the best-fit and option — whether that’s booking a Reset Walk with me or referring you to someone else, if this service isn’t the right match for your dog.
👉 Step 3: Upon successful entry, we will book your first training walk in and start the reset

Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Claire — a specialist in reactive and misunderstood dogs.
For years, I’ve worked with the dogs most people turn away from. The barkers. The lungers. The ones labelled “aggressive” when really, they’re just overwhelmed.
I’ve handled dogs in homes, shelters, training fields, and even high-pressure scent detection environments with Border Force — but my heart has always been with the ones that need the most help.
The ones that don’t just need a walk… they need someone who gets them.
I created Reactive Reset Walks because I know how exhausting it is to live with a dog who can’t be walked safely by just anyone, who explodes under pressure, or who’s been rejected by every dog walker or daycare in town.
But, I also know what’s possible when these dogs are handled with skill, structure, and respect.
This isn’t just a job to me — it’s a mission.
Because no dog should be written off for behaviours they were never taught how to handle.
And no owner should feel alone in trying to help them.
